Espresso
This is, some would argue, the consummate form of expression for the roasted coffee bean. Espresso is the realm in which technology, technique and coffee all come together to create drinkable art. The perfect draw of espresso requires the planetary alignment of the proper grind on the bean, just enough, but not too much tamp, water temperature, pump pressure, and time of extraction. When alignment occurs, the dense shot should be topped with a layer of crema thick enough to float a sugar cube. Some hints:
    -Use good water.
    -Extraction should be between 19 and 28 seconds. Adjust your grind and tamp accordingly.
    -Keep your machine clean!!
    -Your grinder should be on par with your espresso maker and you should plan to pay as much, or more, for it.
