Versatile Bean

Love this bean because it's delicious and provides an interesting tidbit about coffee history. When I first heard "mocha-java" I immediately thought chocolate coffee, but soon learned that it refers the first blend of coffee from two different regions. The Sumatra and Ethiopia compliment each other so well that I have yet to find a brew technique for this bean that isn't delicious. My current favorite is iced coffee. Alot of coffees seem to quickly go acidic when put on ice, but this bean keeps its balance and depth. Prior to the iced, I enjoyed it as espresso and french press and it always make a damn good cup.
